We are trialling a new menu addition, be the the first to try our bake at home version, the perfect hassle free treat or gift.
Our Hand Crafted Cookie Log - Slice at home and Bake for cookie perfection.
each 500g log is recommended to serve 8-15 cookies but you can cut thicker or thinner as desired. Cut straight from the fridge or freezer.
On baking paper or greaseproof mat bake at 180C for 7 minutes and remove when still soft to set for the ultimate gooey cookie, or bake for 9 minutes for a set cookie. (let defrost on tray if cooking from frozen after slicing)
Ensure to leave enough space between cookie slices as will expand when cooking.
Our logs keep fresh in the fridge for 2 weeks or can be frozen, sliced and baked when desired which is what we recommend.8.50 GBP
